Terms, Privacy & Support
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Classicgram is operated by Bibiko LLC. These terms explain the rules for using the Classicgram app and website. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Who can use Classicgram
You must be over 13 years old to create an account. If you are not yet old enough to agree to these terms under the law where you live, your parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. You must also meet any higher minimum age required where you live.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and use an email address you can access. Do not impersonate another person, share access without permission, or try to access someone else’s account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your photos and other content
You keep ownership of the photos, captions, comments, and other content you create. Only share content you have the right to share, and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
By sharing content, you give Bibiko LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, process, and display that content as needed to operate Classicgram, including applying your chosen edits and showing it according to your sharing settings. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You can delete your content or account. Our permission ends when the content is removed from our systems, except where continued retention is needed as described in the Privacy Policy. Other people may retain copies they previously saved or shared.
Community rules
We do not allow illegal content, sexual exploitation, pornography, threats, harassment, hateful conduct, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not post other people’s private information without permission, send spam, run scams, or use Classicgram to harm or exploit anyone.
Do not interfere with the service, bypass its security or access controls, or use automation to abuse accounts or features.
Reporting and moderation
Use the report and block options in Classicgram, or email admin@classicgram.com, to raise a safety concern. We may review reported content, remove content, or restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms, create a safety risk, or must be restricted by law. Contact us if you believe a moderation decision was a mistake.
Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices. Please read it before creating an account.
You can stop using Classicgram at any time and delete your account in Account Settings → Delete Account. The Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes and why some safety records, backups, or cached copies may remain.
Changes and availability
We may update Classicgram and these terms as the service changes. We will post updated terms with their effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed agreement when required. We cannot promise that the service will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Classicgram is a photo-sharing service operated by Bibiko LLC ("Classicgram," "we," "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the Classicgram iPhone app and classicgram.com.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and password. We store a password hash, rather than your readable password. You may also add a display name, profile photo, and biography. We keep your account preferences, email-verification status, and account creation date.
Photos and activity. We collect photos you upload, captions, hashtags, comments, likes, follows and follow requests, photo tags, mentions, and related dates. We also keep information needed to show notifications and whether you have viewed activity in News. If you join through an invitation, we record the invitation and the connection it creates.
Support and safety. If you contact us or report content, we receive the information you provide. We keep reports, information about the reported content, blocks, and moderation decisions to investigate problems and protect the community.
Technical information. Our service processes your IP address and request information to deliver pages and photos, prevent abuse, and limit repeated requests. Hosting services may maintain operational and security logs. On iPhone, we keep your device name, sign-in session information, and, if notifications are enabled, a push-notification token and notification preferences. This token lets us deliver notifications to your app installation.
Photos, camera, and device permissions
Classicgram uses the camera when you choose to take a photo. The iPhone photo picker gives the app access to photos you select; the app does not request access to browse your entire library. Cropping and filters are processed on your device. When you share a photo or save a profile photo, the resulting image is uploaded to our storage provider.
The app does not request access to your contacts, microphone, or device location. A photo, caption, or profile can still reveal a location or other personal information you choose to include. Take care when sharing information about yourself or other people.
You can manage camera and notification permissions in iPhone Settings. Disabling a permission may make its related feature unavailable.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; display and share photos; connect people through follows, search, tags, and suggestions; deliver activity and optional push notifications; send verification and password-reset emails; respond to support requests; investigate reports and abuse; and operate, troubleshoot, and improve Classicgram.
What other people can see
Your username, profile photo, and profile information identify you to other users. Public-account photos and their captions, comments, likes, and tags may be visible in feeds, search, profiles, shared links, and discovery features.
With a private account, access to your photos is restricted to you and approved followers, subject to moderation access. Your basic profile can still be discoverable. Making your own account private does not hide comments or other interactions you leave on someone else's posts from people who can see those posts.
People who can view content can copy or take screenshots of it. Changing privacy settings or deleting content cannot remove copies another person has already saved. Previously downloaded or cached images may also remain available for a period after a change.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use providers to operate Classicgram, including Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, Cloudflare R2 for image storage, Resend for account emails, and Apple Push Notification service for iPhone notifications. Browser notifications use the relevant browser's push service. These providers process information needed for their services. We require providers processing information on our behalf to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law. Notification delivery may include the acting user's username, the type of activity, and a link to the relevant content.
Our website also uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, as described below. The native iPhone app does not embed those web analytics scripts.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, investigate abuse, or protect people's rights and safety. If ownership of Classicgram changes through a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, information may transfer with the service, subject to applicable requirements.
Cookies and website analytics
The website uses a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. The iPhone app stores sign-in credentials in the iOS Keychain. Browsers and the app may cache images and other resources to load them efficiently.
The website loads Google Analytics to understand website usage and Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Depending on their configuration, these services can use cookies or similar identifiers and process page addresses, usage events, browser and device information, and network information. Google's handling of information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
You can manage cookies in your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Blocking sign-in cookies can prevent the website from keeping you logged in. These browser controls do not change information you have already shared with Classicgram.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information and content while needed to provide the service. You can remove your posts and eligible comments through their menus, and delete your account from Account Settings → Delete Account after confirming your password.
Account deletion removes the account and associated live account data from our database, revokes its sessions, and queues its uploaded photos and profile image for storage deletion. Storage deletion can take additional time and failed deletions are retried. Cached copies and backups may remain temporarily.
Safety reports and moderation records may remain after account or content deletion. Although direct account references are cleared when an account is deleted, report descriptions and snapshots may still contain information about the reported account or content. We may also retain information needed for security, resolving disputes, or legal obligations. Account deletion does not erase another person's independent posts or copies.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile, change your password, choose a public or private account, manage tagging preferences, block or report accounts, disable notifications, and delete your account. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion that you cannot complete in the app, contact admin@classicgram.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live, including the ability to object to or restrict certain processing or complain to a relevant privacy authority.
Security and international processing
We use measures such as encrypted connections, password hashing, access controls, and protected sign-in credentials to safeguard information. No service can guarantee complete security. Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, which may have different data-protection rules.
Children
You must be over 13 years old to create an account, as explained in our Terms & Conditions. Classicgram is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. The App Store age rating describes content suitability and is separate from this service eligibility policy.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Classicgram changes. We will post the updated policy with its effective date and provide additional notice when required.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Bibiko LLC at admin@classicgram.com.
